After studying Political Sciences, Eleni began her career in lifestyle and travel magazines in Greece.

Her talent was soon recognized by Athenian Guides, where she was offered the role of Editor-in-Chief. It was then that she decided to explore the food & beverage industry, where she quickly developed a passion for spirits and cocktails.
 

For the past ten years, she has been a proud member of the global Difford’s Guide team, becoming Partner of Difford’s Guide Greece & Cyprus.

Currently, a Partner of "How to Bar", she is also Co-Founder of Metron Ariston – Making Responsibility a Trend,
Co-Organizer of the Athens Rum & Whisky Festival, the Cyprus Cocktail Festival, and Aegean Cocktails & Spirits™, an initiative that promotes Greek spirits through activations, projects, and festivals.
 

Dedicated to great Martinis, creative bartenders, and exceptional bars, Eleni continues to write about the industry and serve as a judge in leading competitions.
